"we got the rose tteokbokki and half & half boneless chicken (soy garlic + sweet chilli), it also came with some radish side dish. it was soo yummy! the tteokbokki was creamy, a little sweet and the tteok was on the softer end. even though i tend to prefer more savoury flavour and tteok that’s harder, it was really good!! my partner enjoyed the soy garlic more and i preferred the sweet chilli, but we still liked both. the chicken was SOO crispy! the sweet chilli and tteokbokki weren’t spicy at all. i do wish it was a bit spicier, but that’s okay! the staff were very friendly, the restaurant was very clean and it was a pleasant environment parking - we came at a quiet time (sunday midday) and found nearby street parking, but otherwise i’d recommend parking at indooroopilly shopping centre which is very close-by."

"We visited the newly opened Hanseong Korean Food and Chicken Restaurant in Indooroopilly, which has been welcoming guests for just two weeks. As a fan of Korean cuisine, I couldn't resist indulging in its signature umami, sweet, and savoury flavours. We decided on a delightful combination of Japchae and a half chicken paired with Tteok-bokki and crispy fries combo, which was complemented by a side of pickled radish and dipping sauces—aioli and ketchup for the perfectly light, non-greasy and crunchy fries, which were some of the best fries I've had in quite some time. The combo allowed us to select from various flavours of Korean fried chicken, and we opted for the Snowing seasoning. This delightful mix of sweet, cheesy powder with spices like onion and garlic made the boneless crispy chicken utterly irresistible. The Tteok-bokki, rated at one chilli for spice, had just the right amount of heat for my taste. It was wonderfully chewy and drenched in a rich, silky sauce that enhanced its deliciousness. The Japchae was equally impressive, boasting a bouncy texture and a nutty aroma, striking the perfect balance between sweet and savoury with hints of smoky umami. For a refreshing drink, I ordered the iced Matcha Mango, which was wonderfully creamy, harmonising mango and matcha flavours with an ideal level of sweetness. The atmosphere of the restaurant was bright and airy, and the service was both friendly and prompt—special thanks to Sharon for her efficiency. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!"

Our faves were the spicy pork bone soup & the bossam — proper comfort food and super soft with fresh wraps. "Great new little Korean Fried Chicken place! We got the pan fried dumplings, soy garlic boneless and some chips. The food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty!! The service was good and the staff were very friendly!!"

"Nice and new restaurant in Indooroopilly with decent Korean Fried Chicken. We ordered sweet and soicy chicken, chicken soup and ddok bokki. The fried chicken was nice and delicious, with nice white meat and not too much batter, so I was definitely happy about that."

"Great korean fried chicken for dining in. Went here twice as its a walking distance to our house. Prices were a bit more expensive compared to the other korean chicken place that we go to. Otherwise, great place and friendly service. I hope they add kimbap on their menu..."

"We love the bone in chicken very much. The batter is Crispy and thin, not thick, not oilly. Garlic soy glazed outside the chicken was thin but not runny, not sticky and just the right amount of sweetness. Rice cake was not spicy to us. I would say very mild. Rice cake cooked in right time. Not too soft and mushed. We can eat medium spicy and it is not spicy to us at all. Staff is very patient, friendly and humble. She was very helpful with my takeaway request, Instead of a plastic container.....since I am not far from home. I asked for only a paperwrapping and a little produce bag for my leftover - 2 pieces of fried chicken. She kindly offered. We will recommend this place very much. Will come back again."
